Ken Garff Ford Ft. Collins, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Sales Lot Attendant who embodies these core values. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage between $17 and $19, complemented by a variety of benefits designed to support the well-being and growth of its employees. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday with Sundays off, and includes rotating weekdays off with varying shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM. As a Sales Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership’s vehicle lot, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in top condition and that the lot operates efficiently.
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly precise and detail-oriented individual who respects authority and works diligently to earn trust. You will be approachable, unselfish, and analytical, taking pride in producing accurate and skilled work consistently. High energy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position. Your responsibilities will include arranging vehicles neatly on the lot, washing and fueling cars, verifying serial numbers with invoices, inspecting new and used vehicles for damage, and securely cataloging keys. Other duties will be assigned as needed to support the dealership’s operations.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Good driving record per company standards
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday with rotating weekday off
- Ability to work varying shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM

Job Duties
- Arrange cars on the lot and ensure car lot is neat and orderly
- Wash and fuel cars
- Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
- Inspect new and used vehicles that are delivered to dealership for damage
- Catalog and store keys
- Other duties as assigned
