Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to safely maneuver vehicles in tight spaces
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No experience necessary but preferred, especially in auto dealership
- Unrestricted California driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Ability to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
- Highly professional and dependable
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain composure under stress
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment
- Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly with high energy and willingness to go above and beyond
- Willing to multi-task
- Bilingual a plus
Job Duties
- Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
- Install protective coverings and tags on vehicles brought in for service
- Service vehicles with gas, oil, and water
- Wash and clean vehicles as needed
- Maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks and removing snow and debris
- Maintain shop cleanliness including windows, doors, and floors
- Perform dealer trades
- Transport customers to and from their home when needed and requested
- Ensure required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
