Renowned for doing things differently and embracing continual growth and progress, the group is committed to an employee-centric culture that values respect, integrity, humility, teamwork, and personal development. Ken Garff Automotive Group is not your typical dealership—its focus on listening to people and fostering strong relationships with both employees and customers sets it apart in the automotive retail industry. This commitment has cultivated an environment where employees are proud, trusted, and empowered to thrive. Volkswagen of Gilbert, a prominent dealership within the Ken Garff family, is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Lot Attendant/Concierge who exemplifies these core values and has a genuine passion for precision, customer service, and teamwork. This position is an integral part of the dealership's operations, responsible for maintaining the vehicle lot's overall organization and presentation to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient vehicle flow. The Sales Lot Attendant handles diverse responsibilities ranging from arranging and maintaining vehicle inventory, performing vehicle inspections for damage, to cataloging keys and transporting vehicles as required. This role demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and energetic engagement, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be highly approachable, unselfish, and analytical, comfortable balancing detailed work with a positive and proactive attitude. To be considered, candidates must be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the U.S., possess a valid in-state driver’s license, and maintain a good driving record in line with company standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Ken Garff Automotive Group offers a competitive compensation package along with substantial benefits, showcasing its commitment to employee well-being and career development. Employees enjoy generous wellness time off, personal purpose days, a comprehensive suite of insurance options covering medical, dental, vision, disability, AD&D, and life insurance. The company also supports flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, employee assistance programs, wellness initiatives, mental health support, diabetes management, and parental leave stipends. Additionally, all employees have access to a year-end bonus program, exclusive employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and services, and clear pathways for career growth, including transitions into sales and service roles. At Ken Garff Automotive Group, the culture’s cornerstone is listening genuinely—an act that reflects the company’s deep-seated belief in valuing its people above all else. This unique culture embodies the spirit of innovation and reinvention that founder Ken Garff instilled almost a century ago and continues to fuel the organization’s vision moving forward.
