Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license and a good driving record
- must pass a pre-employment background check
- must pass motor vehicle report (MVR) check
- must pass drug screen
- previous sales experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- energetic and self-motivated

Job Duties
- help clients select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams
- learn about products and keep abreast of current inventory
- greet customers and identify vehicles that meet their needs
- explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- present sales pricing and complete paperwork
- provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
- follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
- prospect for new customers
