Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to engage with guests of all ages
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a sales lead, keyholder, or supervisory role in retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and entertain guests of all ages
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to lead by example
- Familiarity with store operations including cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
- Train and mentor new team members to uphold company values and service excellence
- Monitor merchandising and product presentation to attract and engage customers
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits
