Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior retail experience preferably in a leadership role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to engage and entertain guests of all ages
Proven merchandising skills with an eye for product presentation
Comfortable managing cash and handling inventory tasks
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
