- Freight forwarding experience is a must and required
- Must have business to business or business to consumer sales experience
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have experience in ocean or air freight movement
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred to have experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties
- Engage in sales and business development for the freight forwarding industry
- Identify, position, and expand opportunities for domestic and international freight
- Promote internal business relationships to share leads and conduct joint sales calls
- Support customers by ensuring accurate billing, shipping times, pricing, and services
- Generate revenue growth through identifying decision makers, coordinating meetings, and developing pricing strategies
- Provide customer tracking and shipment status updates
- Educate and train customers on technology solutions for tracking, pricing, and reporting
- Maintain the customer resource management system
- Compile and generate monthly sales and activity reports
- Facilitate customer conference calls
