Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or relevant work experience is preferred
- A valid driver's license, a successful background check, and appropriate auto insurance as required by T-ROC
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations consistently
- The ability to stand for extended periods, as well as frequently squat, bend, and reach
- capable of lifting and carrying 25 to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications proficiently
- A smartphone compatible with the Vision App for time, data, and photo reporting along with other crucial apps for effective product promotion

Job Duties
- Set up an attractive display, kiosk, or demo station within retail stores
- Create visually appealing product arrangements, ensuring effective signage and promotional materials are displayed appropriately
- Warmly approach and engage customers to promote and sell the product
- Provide engaging demonstrations, emphasizing key features and benefits
- Undertake additional tasks to support sales and marketing efforts as needed
- Utilize essential apps and digital tools, including the Vision App, for accurate timekeeping and sales reporting
- Log sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory usage in real-time using designated mobile applications
- Adhere to all safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols specific to the store and T-ROC during events
- Proactively monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring cleanliness and availability for each event
- Stay flexible and ready for any challenges in this fast-paced retail environment
