Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
- or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience
- valid driver’s license
- highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- ability to negotiate, sell, and influence
- thorough experience with professional selling skills
- strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- strong organization and presentation skills
- demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- cast creative spells to fill rooms and increase revenue
- assemble, train, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team
- develop and implement sales and marketing strategies including budgeting and forecasting
- conduct sales calls, hotel tours, and client meetings to build relationships
- collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to support hotel operations
- manage and participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events
- maintain strong customer relationships and ensure guest satisfaction
