- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Comfortable with phones, computers, and scheduling systems
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Job Duties
- Welcoming showroom guests and ensuring a professional, inviting experience
- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate sales team members
- Assisting with the management of showroom traffic and customer flow
- Providing light administrative support to the Sales Department
- Maintaining accurate customer logs and records
- Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Offering general support to the sales team as needed
