  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment

  • Comfortable with phones, computers, and scheduling systems
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Job Duties

  • Welcoming showroom guests and ensuring a professional, inviting experience
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate sales team members
  • Assisting with the management of showroom traffic and customer flow
  • Providing light administrative support to the Sales Department
  • Maintaining accurate customer logs and records
  • Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Offering general support to the sales team as needed
