Job Requirements

  • Previous hotel Sales Department experience is highly preferred
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Must have excellent communication and phone skills
  • Should have the ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Excellent computer skills are essential
  • Must be able to thrive in a very busy work environment

Job Duties

  • Formatting and distributing proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence
  • Providing support to the receptionist to ensure that all phone inquiries and leads are properly handled
  • Performing general office duties including filing, faxing, emailing, and copying
  • Drafting, editing, and sending sales related documents such as proposals, contracts, and BEOs
  • Assembling hotel information packets and promotional materials
  • Handling guest inquiries about property facilities, amenities, entertainment, and special events
  • Serving as an additional point of contact for clients
  • Communicating with other hotel departments to ensure that all details and event specifications are met
