Job Duties
- Assist sales managers with proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Prepare and distribute banquet event orders (BEOs) and other sales documents
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding event details and updates
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability
- Work closely with catering, banquet, and operations teams to ensure event details are executed properly
- Maintain accurate and updated event files
- Schedule meetings, site tours, and appointments for the sales team
- Coordinate with culinary and operation teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Communicate client needs and changes effectively to all departments
- Attend pre-con meetings as needed
- Contribute ideas for boosting sales and client engagement
- Other duties as assigned
