Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or related hospitality field
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work full time including weekdays and occasional weekends and evening support
  • Proficiency in sales and catering databases
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Provide clear and concise communication between all departments and clients to ensure event success
  • Maintain and enhance automation efforts in the Sales and Catering database to increase productivity
  • Support sales, catering, and convention services personnel through efficient data management
  • Ensure attention to detail in all communications and documentation
  • Demonstrate a positive customer service mindset when interacting with guests and team members
  • Coordinate event details and logistics collaborating with various hotel departments
  • Assist in the daily operational tasks to support the overall sales team objectives
