Job Requirements
- Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and most holidays
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Capable of assisting customers with loading mattresses
- Willingness to use technology such as tablets and POS systems
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and team spirit
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, bilingual preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use point-of-sale and diagnostic technology
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Positive, high energy, and team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding products using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system
- Provide a relaxed and educational shopping experience focusing on improving customer sleep quality
- Utilize tablets and mobile point-of-sale systems to process transactions
- Reset the showroom floor and maintain an organized sales environment
- Assist customers with loading mattress purchases into their vehicles
- Meet and interact with customers to understand their specific needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales goals
