The role of Retail Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse is a vital position that embodies the company's mission to improve customers' sleep quality and overall well-being. Retail Sales Consultants are responsible for engaging customers in a relaxed and educational shopping experience, using the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to recommend the perfect mattress based on 18 precise measurements and personalized assessments. This tailored approach helps transform customers' sleep health and satisfaction, ensuring a meaningful impact with every sale.

Retail Sales Consultants utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets and mobile point of sales (POS) systems, to facilitate transactions and guide customers through the sales process. The position requires individuals who possess a winning, team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm, combined with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Working as a Retail Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse involves a typical 4-5 day workweek, including evenings, weekends, and most holidays, with opportunities to work between 40 and 55 hours weekly.
