Job Requirements
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service

- Proven retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages a plus
- Comfortable using technology including tablets and POS systems

- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Engage customers in a relaxed and educational shopping experience
- Utilize the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to recommend mattresses based on personalized measurements
- Confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using a proven selling process
- Operate tablets and mobile POS systems to facilitate sales transactions
- Provide assistance with loading mattress purchases into customers' vehicles
- Reset and organize the showroom floor
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
