Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work 40 to 55 hours per week including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to assist customers with mattress loading
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic technology skills for using tablets and POS systems
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work a typical retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends
- Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus

Job Duties
- Confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products
- Utilize the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to assist customers
- Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience
- Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles
- Reset the showroom floor as needed
- Use tablets and mobile point of sale (POS) systems effectively
- Meet and interact with customers to understand their needs
