- Ability to work full-time in an in-person showroom environment
- Proficiency with digital tools for sales tracking and customer management
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach

Job Duties
- Drive the brand story by communicating the 7th Avenue difference to every customer
- Tailor every interaction through one-on-one consultations that listen and strategize solutions
- Sell through expertise as the product authority using knowledge, space planning tools, and demonstrations
- Own customer relationships by building and nurturing long-term client connections
- Leverage technology to actively track leads, manage follow-ups, and convert sales
- Provide a warm, professional, and solution-oriented customer service experience
- Collaborate effectively with team members to help maintain a supportive and high-performing showroom culture
