This particular role focuses on in-person marketing within Travel + Leisure Co.’s resorts. It involves engaging with prospective and current owners to introduce them to the company’s offerings and encourage participation in sales presentations or tours. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to maintain production standards
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills
  • No travel required outside of the home site’s area

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices

Job Duties

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
  • Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
  • Keep current on marketing information and industry trends
