Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate in English (both written and verbal)
- knowledge of basic math
- experience in retail sales and cash register operations
- highly preferred: working knowledge of basic golf operations and RecTrac (or similar golf related POS)
Job Duties
- Provides customer service support in a Golf Course retail store (Pro-Shop) by demonstrating and selling specialized golf merchandise
- maintaining merchandise by stocking shelves, display goods, and pricing all merchandise
- keeps the area neat and orderly, performing minor cleaning as assigned and assisting management with inventory
- make reservations for tee times and answers questions regarding golf programs and events
- receives payment, records sales on cash register and makes change and issues receipts
