Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain partnerships with sales team and support Operational Sales Leader
  • Cover sales routes when needed
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to maintain world-class sales center status following DSD best practices
  • Utilize data and technology to develop and execute sales plans
  • Collaborate as part of a team in an inclusive work environment
  • Ensure achievement of sales goals through effective leadership
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture
