Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates not from behind a desk to keep attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSD) best practices
  • Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace
