Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capability to squat bend twist and reach
Able to lift up to 30 pounds consecutively

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service and sales
Maintain product knowledge and engage in ongoing education about menu items
Set up product displays and ensure cleanliness and care of store aesthetics
Maintain cleanliness standards including wiping counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and washing trays and utensils
Operate POS system efficiently
Restock store items such as drinks, merchandise, utensils and paper goods
Organize and move delivered products to designated areas
Communicate shift issues to Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager
Record spoilage, donation numbers, and daily cash deposits on spreadsheets at end of day
Complete closing and end-of-day tasks including prepping for the next day and handling pre-orders
