ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
availability for flexible or seasonal work hours
willingness to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and setting up fixtures
ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

support the store management team in setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
maintain guest services as per company standards
generate sales
sign waving to attract customers
perform general housekeeping duties within the store
merchandising, signing, and pricing products
operate point of sale (POS) systems
participate in loss prevention activities
