ability to stand or walk for extended periods
capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
willingness to climb ladders
flexible availability during the seasonal period
basic understanding of POS systems
strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

minimum age of 16 years old
ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
experience in retail or customer service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
basic math skills for POS operations

Job Duties

support the store management team in setup and teardown
merchandise the store shelves
maintain guest services according to company standards
generate sales and engage customers through sign waving
perform general housekeeping and store maintenance
price products and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
implement loss prevention measures
