Job Duties

  • Generate sales by meeting goals and measures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
  • Support in-store event sourcing and execution
  • Ensure store reflects Vineyard Vines' brand vision through exceptional customer hosting
  • Lead store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices
  • Maintain customer wish lists and notify customers when products arrive
  • Assist with training new associates
  • Foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic crew and customer environment
  • Help recruit and refer top talent for the store
  • Support store and team-building activities with management
  • Maintain efficient merchandise controls
  • Practice loss prevention awareness at all times
  • Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment
  • Maintain merchandising as per company standards, current floorset, and brand initiatives
  • Contribute to weekly product feedback
