Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Comfortable using point of sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand and move for prolonged periods
- Willingness to maintain professionalism and brand standards at all times
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Energetic and passionate about the TOMMY HILFIGER brand
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry items up to 20 pounds for extended periods
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service fostering positive brand engagement
- Promote TOMMY HILFIGER products and brand campaigns with enthusiasm
- Manage and process new inventory and restock merchandise
- Operate cashier and handle sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor
- Collaborate proactively with store team members to meet sales objectives
- Uphold company standards and store policies at all times
