Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least 1 year of relevant customer service or retail experience
ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently
ability to work indoors and outdoors including coolers and chillers
ability to wear personal protective equipment
pass fuel safety training if applicable
legal eligibility to work
must register with Selective Service if applicable
commitment to MCCS equal opportunity policies
willing to submit to background checks and drug screening

Job Qualifications

at least 1 year experience in a customer and sales focused environment preferred
cash handling and basic math skills preferred
ability to understand and follow service and sales standards
ability to work in a high performance environment with attention to detail
basic product knowledge for customer assistance
ability to operate retail equipment such as registers and RF scanners

Job Duties

provide world class customer service with emphasis on courtesy
assist customers in retail business in a friendly and professional manner
operate cash registers and complete customer transactions
stock and replenish sales floor and coolers
set up planograms and promotional signage
maintain backroom standards through the 5S program
participate in year-end inventory and report potential loss or theft risks
