Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 plus years experience in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators
- Basic phone and math skills
- Ability to embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy
- Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
- Desire to meet goals
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment

Job Duties
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones
- Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
- Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with optical measurements for the perfect vision solution
- Conduct precise measurements using optical tools and consult with optician as needed
- Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff
- Maintain store appearance and show initiative in keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized
- Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
