Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience preferably in luxury retail service
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, Mobile POS and internet
- Ability to work fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to maneuver sales floor, shelves, and stockroom including bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and high retail traffic days
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities
- Take ownership and commit to delivering results while monitoring personal and store metrics
- Create short- and long-term sales and clienteling strategies with management
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate service and selling expectations
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotions
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships
- Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store appearance, inventory management, and processing transactions
