Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience preferably in luxury retail service
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, Mobile POS and internet
  • Ability to work fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
  • Ability to maneuver sales floor, shelves, and stockroom including bending, climbing, and kneeling
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and high retail traffic days

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferably in luxury retail
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use technology including cash register systems, iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships

Job Duties

  • Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities
  • Take ownership and commit to delivering results while monitoring personal and store metrics
  • Create short- and long-term sales and clienteling strategies with management
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate service and selling expectations
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotions
  • Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships
  • Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store appearance, inventory management, and processing transactions
