Job Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and professional customer inquiry handling
Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Enthusiasm for fashion and keen interest in Ted Baker brand
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Develop and maintain productive relationships with host store partners
Use product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty
Follow merchandising and replenishment procedures and support visual merchandising directives
Deliver Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT) consistently to enhance customer experience and sales
Build loyal customer relationships using sales techniques and customer profiles
Achieve and exceed location KPIs and support brand promotions
Promote database building and clienteling for B-connected performance
Work unsupervised adhering to company policies, health and safety procedures
Protect company assets by following loss prevention measures and reporting discrepancies
Handle cash accurately following banking procedures
