The role of the Cosmoprof Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor is a vital position focusing on creating a memorable shopping experience tailored to each customer's beauty journey. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with beauty product selections, including hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nail products. This role requires both passion for beauty and a strong desire to help customers by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and personalized service. To support you in this, our company offers extensive training and education programs to enhance your product expertise and customer engagement skills.

Your role embraces customer relationship-building, inspiring loyalty, and promoting a positive brand experience. You will recommend additional or complementary products tailored to individual customer needs and keep customers informed about current promotions, events, and the benefits of our Loyalty program. Maintaining an inviting store environment, you will also assist with merchandising, advertising displays, and efficient transaction processing. Job Requirements

must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
may be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach for extended periods
able to lift moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
able to work around moving parts, carts, or machines

Job Qualifications

previous retail or sales experience preferred
