Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- drive to meet and exceed targeted sales goals
- prior sales experience, retail preferred
- strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills

- valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties
- Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person

- provide detailed vehicle information and guidance
- facilitate transition from online or telephonic contact to in-store experience
- negotiate payment options aligned with customer budgets and lifestyle
- follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- assist customers in transitioning to service department support
