- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong customer service skills with an upbeat, friendly attitude

Job Duties
- Greet all walk-in customers promptly and warmly
- Maintain a positive, cooperative, and professional demeanor with both customers and coworkers
- Balance the cash drawer daily and complete all required transaction paperwork
- Organize and file all sales paperwork accurately and on time
- Process all sales transactions, including finalizing tickets, collecting necessary documentation, and completing credit card payments in compliance with company procedures
- Review transfer and distribution documents according to company policy
- Verify all documents for accuracy and completeness, reporting discrepancies to the Store Manager
- Assist in training team members on computer programs, transaction procedures, and paperwork handling
- Ensure shelves are merchandised and stocked according to direction from the Store Manager and Category Managers
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in line with company dress and grooming standards
- Support store maintenance, including vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning as assigned
- Assist with unloading stock trucks as scheduled
- Follow all safe work practices to prevent injury and protect products and property
