The organization operates within the Retail Division, offering employment opportunities at various locations. MCCS prides itself on a team-oriented culture that values service excellence and community engagement. Employees at MCCS enjoy access to a variety of facilities including child development centers, gyms, movie theaters, bowling alleys, pools, golf courses, auto skills centers, and outdoor recreational activities, creating a balanced and rewarding work experience.

The position available is primarily focused on providing an exceptional customer service and sales experience within retail environments operated by MCCS. This position supports the implementation of corporate service programs, promotions, and events, ensuring all interactions meet MCCS's standards for professionalism and customer satisfaction. Employees will be involved in merchandising and maintaining the presentation of assigned areas to support seamless door-to-floor execution, including stocking and labeling merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy.

A key element of the role is executing sales and return transactions efficiently using point of sale systems, requiring proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills. The position demands physical capability as it involves lifting and carrying objects up to 45 pounds independently, with assistance required for heavier items. MCCS values attention to detail, commitment to service and sales goals, and the ability to work within a high-performance atmosphere. The role may require performing additional tasks such as price changes, light custodial duties, and inventory management, contributing to the overall store operation.

Employment with MCCS offers competitive benefits including a 401(k) Flex Savings Plan through Fidelity, access to tax-free shopping, and opportunities for professional training and skill development. The organization operates under a drug-free workplace policy and adheres to equal employment opportunity principles, ensuring a supportive, inclusive environment. Applicants are encouraged to submit complete applications including month and year for all employment dates on resumes to ensure eligibility for consideration. MCCS supports military spouses, veterans, and persons with disabilities through specific employment preference programs, reinforcing its commitment to those who serve and their families.

This career opportunity at MCCS provides a dynamic and supportive environment for individuals seeking to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
