This position requires a proactive and service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain an organized sales floor. The Sales Associate is also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe equipment display section and collaborating with the Sales Manager and other team members to report inventory levels, customer concerns, and any operational issues that may affect service quality. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 9 hours per day
- Ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
- Regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
- Regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50lbs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management

Job Duties
- Engage in direct customer service and sales interactions for the majority of the workday, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering accurate, timely support
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls by providing prompt assistance, answering questions, and directing inquiries as needed
- Assist customers in locating products on the sales floor while offering informed product recommendations that align with their specific needs
- Promote and explain membership programs, warranties, and additional store services to enhance customer value and overall experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe equipment display section through routine upkeep
- Communicate effectively with Sales Manager and Sales Team members to report stock needs, customer concerns, and operational issues that impact service
- Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
