As a sales associate, you will also be responsible for promoting the company’s rewards program and business initiatives, supporting loss prevention efforts, managing inventory activities such as physical counts, shipping, and receiving merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. Handling cash and ensuring POS transactions are properly processed is an important aspect of the role. This position requires attention to detail when checking shoe mates and maintaining accurate sales documentation consistent with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers, a positive attitude focused on service, and basic communication and math skills essential for retail management. Experience in retail sales, particularly in specialty retail or footwear, is preferred, along with an understanding of merchandising principles and store presentation standards. Job Duties
- create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards

- participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping and receiving merchandise
