Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of retail sales principles
- Capability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience through awareness and company service standards
- Exhibit positive attitude, willingness to serve, and being well informed
- Engage in sales and customer assistance
- Promote company rewards program and other business initiatives
- Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- Maintain merchandise presentation including stock arrangement and cleanliness
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- Be aware of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- Participate in physical inventories, shipping, receiving, and merchandise placement when needed
- Process sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy
- Ensure all shoes are checked for mates during cashier functions
