Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with customers and employees

- Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear
- Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of store presentation standards
Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is properly arranged
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all store areas
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills
- Maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- Participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise, and assist in merchandise placement on the sales floor
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
- Ensure all shoes are checked for mates during cashier functions
