Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to maintain accurate sales transactions
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Willingness to abide by company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- Maintain merchandise presentation by ensuring stock is well arranged and merchandising is proper
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all store areas
- Develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
- Maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- Participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise, and help merchandise placement on the sales floor
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
- Ensure all shoes are checked for mates when performing cashier functions
