Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail sales experience preferred
- ability to work part-time hours flexibly

Job Duties
- Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards
- maintain a positive attitude and willingness to serve
- provide sales assistance and promote the company rewards program and other business initiatives
- maintain awareness of all current sales promotions
- maintain merchandise presentation by ensuring stock is well arranged and merchandised
- keep the store clean and organized
- develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
- maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff
- participate in physical inventories, assist in shipping and receiving merchandise, and assist in merchandise placement on the sales floor as needed
- process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
- ensure accuracy and control of cash and sales documentation
