Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passion for fitness and wellness
- Ability to communicate effectively both in person and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

- Engage with potential and current members to share the Orangetheory Fitness story
- Promote membership sales and meet sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating classes and events
- Participate in staff workouts and development workshops
- Maintain a clean and inviting studio environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals
