Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of related work experience
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
availability to work 30-40 hours per week for full-time position
punctuality and consistent attendance
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment
passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development
ability to coach and guide store team members effectively
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus
quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge
physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
