Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment
  • Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development
  • Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong client focus
  • Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Job Duties

  • Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experience

  • Deliver exceptional personalized client service to achieve sales goals
  • Execute daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks
