Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment
- Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development
- Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong client focus
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
Job Duties
- Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experience
- Support team development by coaching team members and promoting loyalty programs
- Deliver exceptional personalized client service to achieve sales goals
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to Sephora brand guidelines
