Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment
- Passion for client service and teamwork
- Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong client focus
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Coordinate services and events to manage schedules ensuring seamless client experience
- Support team development through coaching to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs
- Deliver exceptional personalized client service contributing to sales goals
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks
- Maintain visual standards by assisting with visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork promoting a culture of openness and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring safe shopping environment
