Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in office software such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work full-time on-site

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team and Meetings & Special Events team
  • Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • Serve as liaison between sales office and clients throughout event processes
  • Coordinate with multiple departments such as guest services, engineering, and food & beverage
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
  • Maintain professional communication, appearance, and relationships with employees and clients
  • Report accidents and hazardous situations to management
