Job Description

Higharc is a dynamic venture capital-backed startup revolutionizing the design and construction of new homes. Our founding team includes industry veterans who previously shipped products for renowned companies like Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. With $83 million raised to date from top-tier venture capital firms and over 18 strategic investors—leaders in construction, building product manufacturing, and distribution—Higharc is positioned to make a significant impact in the homebuilding industry. We blend cutting-edge technology with deep industry expertise to streamline and innovate how homes are created, pushing the boundaries of traditional processes through software and advanced digital tools.

At Higharc, we believe that great homes start with great design solutions that are accessible, efficient, and scalable. Our platform empowers builders and architects to design homes faster and more effectively, enabling faster decision-making and reducing costs while enhancing customization and customer satisfaction. Our vision is to be the industry leader in new home design technology, and our culture embraces innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to improving the building experience for all stakeholders.

We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Events Manager to play a critical role in accelerating our growth through strategic event activation. This position is critical for ensuring Higharc’s presence and impact at numerous sales and marketing events, including national conferences, partner summits, regional builder events, and in-house events hosted by Higharc. The role involves managing these events end-to-end—from selection and strategy to execution and follow-up—to maximize pipeline generation and revenue impact.

This high-visibility, collaborative role requires an individual who can take ownership of activating account executives, business development teams, and partners, while designing repeatable event playbooks that make every event a predictable source of business growth. You will be responsible for defining and analyzing sales pipeline forecasts and revenue outcomes tied directly to event participation, ensuring that our teams are fully equipped and aligned with event goals. Working cross-functionally with People Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams, you will coordinate logistics, lead capture, and ROI tracking. A key part of your responsibilities will be to analyze event performance and leverage those insights to optimize future participation—doubling down on high-performing events and discontinuing ineffective ones.

Within this role, you will bring your expertise in B2B software events management and thrive as an influential individual contributor with strong interpersonal skills. Your ability to keep diverse stakeholders aligned and on track, while multitasking and managing intricate details, will be paramount. You’ll flex comfortably between strategic thinking and detailed execution, offering thorough, high-touch support to your teams. Your insights will shape critical business decisions by providing clear, actionable event performance data.

Higharc offers a remote-first work environment with flexible hours to support work-life balance. We are committed to the wellness of our employees, providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage along with unlimited paid time off and meaningful parental leave for U.S.-based full-time employees. Our compensation package is competitive and includes significant equity participation, reflecting our confidence in and commitment to our team’s long-term success. Additionally, we support home office setups with stipends to ensure comfort and productivity. Join us as we transform the homebuilding industry through innovation, technology, and an unstoppable team culture.
