The Sales & Marketing Associate position at Bozzuto plays a critical role in continuing the company’s tradition of excellence. This role involves engaging prospective residents, converting leads into community tours, and ultimately securing new leases. The associate will conduct personalized and informative tours of apartment communities while enhancing the resident experience to build lasting brand loyalty. Social media engagement is a key component, as the associate will generate interest and excitement about the community through platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. This role requires a customer-focused mentality, excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and a professional demeanor, all of which contribute to making every prospective resident feel welcomed and supported.

This position offers a salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 USD per year and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. Work schedules include weekends, specifically three weekends per month with two weekdays off, to align with when prospective residents are most active in searching for homes. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends, specifically three weekends per month
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
  • Ability to create engaging content
  • Competent with computer software and apps
  • Licensed real estate agent or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire where applicable
