Bozzuto is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join their community-focused team. This role is integral to connecting potential residents with their future homes by converting leads into community tours and ultimately securing leases. The Sales & Marketing Associate acts as the welcoming face of the apartment community, engaging prospects through meaningful conversations, providing detailed information about the community and neighborhood, and delivering personalized tours that highlight the community's unique features. This position requires a customer-focused mentality with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to effectively leverage social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to generate awareness and excitement. The role demands a natural problem solver who takes pride in making people feel at home and enjoys building brand loyalty by ensuring residents receive stellar experiences.

The Sales & Marketing Associate will work primarily on-site at the apartment community, including weekends, where prospective residents are most actively searching for new homes. The schedule features three weekends per month with two days off during the week, supporting a balanced work-life integration. This position offers a competitive salary range from $45,000 to $50,000 USD and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. A real estate license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire where applicable. Proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs is also essential for managing leads and marketing efforts effectively.
