Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and polished personal appearance
- Ability to maintain guest confidentiality
- Availability to work full time
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or administrative roles preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web content management
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Spanish language skills a plus
Job Duties
- Check and execute event planning and coordination on property
- Provide sales support to General Managers onsite
- Complete administrative duties as assigned
- Serve as primary contact for guests organizing and attending meetings
- Act as main liaison for Group Sales Office and Area Sales teams
- Collect, develop, and submit materials to update hotel websites
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
- Prepare and review documents accurately and timely
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and guests
- Support team goals and respond to guest concerns appropriately
