The Sales & Events Coordinator role at Legends Global supports the Private Events team, playing an integral part in both sales support and event management functions. This position is instrumental in ensuring a seamless journey for clients from initial inquiries through to flawless event execution. In this role, the Coordinator provides essential day-to-day administrative assistance to both Sales and Event Management teams, helping prepare proposals, contracts, and client-facing documents. The Coordinator also assists with logistical planning and execution of client site visits and ensures a polished, on-brand client experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting event managers with pre-event logistics, tracking key event milestones, and ensuring data accuracy within CRM platforms. This role demands cross-functional teamwork to align internal communications and support overall departmental success.
Candidates for this position should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, event coordination, hospitality, or similar fields, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and CRM system experience are highly preferred. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are necessary. Job Duties
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Event Management teams

- flag and support resolution of missing or inconsistent information across accounts and opportunities
